Office Location: Consolidated Supply Chain Services LLC, located within Heritage Valley Kennedy. Work Hours: Primarily daylight, Monday thru Friday.

This role will perform purchase order generation, expediting, backorder identification, and coordination of returned goods. The Buyer I will be the first point of customer contact for order related inquiries from the organization. The Buyer I will work with the Buyer II and the Contract Managers to complete all order requests in a timely manner.

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and Keyboarding experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

Preferred:

• Two years of transactional purchasing experience
• Two years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) concepts and terminology
• Experience working with Global or Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Experience working with an EDI exchange –GHX and/or Data Masons
