Hurley Engineering-Manufacturer's reprentative is looking to hire a new associate looking to start a career assisting with sales, marketing and project management. Inside Sales and Project Management are the first steps in a fast paced career trajectory that can lead into many other rewarding positions within Hurley Engineering. Optional training and travel is available for the associate that wants to grow their experience in the Industry.

Associates will be integral in helping our Sales & PM team. Inside Sales responsibilities grow from order management to project administration and will lead to participation in marketing events including web and digital advertising, internal/external company event planning and participation, CRM Management. Sales and Marketing training programs are provided. Associates move to account sales and management as skills progress.

Training and teamwork are key elements provided to help the Inside Sales Associate earn commissions and promotes advancement to Sales Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Developing positive relationships with customers,suppliers, and support teams.
• Inside Sales-Project Development
• Expedite materials in order to meet timelines
• Manage vendor purchase orders, open projects sales, and customer purchase orders.
• Execute job revisions as needed.
• Become proficient in vendor products.
• Coordinate with marketing during special events to ensure customer participation
• Provide marketing assets from job sites.
• Participate in all trade association events
• Enjoy and excel when working with a team
• Extremely detail-oriented and very comfortable working independently
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Not easily phased by stressful situations or decision
• Excellent all-around communicator
• Committed to doing your job to the best of your ability

Requirements

• General computer skills used for estimating, scheduling, and project keeping including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Dodge, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong time management, leadership, and decision making skills.
• Outgoing interactive personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
