Huntington Learning Center- Centerville Ohio is Hiring a Part-time Office Administrator Near Cincinnati, OH

Part-time (16.5 hours per week) Office Administrator

This position is to support the Center Director with the daily operations of the center as well as managing teaching staff. We are looking for someone that is reliable, trustworthy and that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.

Requirements and qualifications include:

  • Must have a 2 or 4-year degree to qualify.
  • Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • 1 – 2 years of tutoring, management, customer service, sales or education experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, work environment that requires high levels of self-motivation.
  • Must be self-directed, requiring minimal supervision and a self-starter.
  • Work closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students.
  • Greeting all students and parents as they arrive for appointments and help them complete paperwork.
  • Administration duties: testing entry, data entry for students/parent information, prepare conference folder, prepare IC’s, entry of student and parent IC’s into the system, payments, appointment reminder calls, create student folders, daily set-up of student sessions and any additional administrative duties assigned.
  • Train, and supervise part-time teachers.
  • Complete teacher observations monthly.
  • Review student programs and ensure academic achievement by programming or reprogramming.
  • Instruct students as needed.

· 5 paid Holidays

· 5-10 days of non-paid vacation (vacations must be planned in advance and approved by the Center Director).

Work Hours, Pay rate

Work Hours: 3:00pm-8:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday and Friday and occasionally Saturday’s 9-3 to cover vacations.

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.5 per week
