Huntington Beach Ford is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to contribute by productively driving growth and performance of the department through staff sales of parts to internal and external clients, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. The individual in this position will strive to achieve sales objectives relevant to the strategic plan and support the efforts of the Parts Department staff while maintaining inventory accuracy. We are searching for a person who can build lasting relationships with our customers, employees, and community.

Responsibilities: Oversee the Parts Department; meet monthly forecasts, review sales, costs, and inventory monthly to ensure the budget is in order, and establish pricing to generate profits. Enhance an already well developed wholesale business maintain high CSI Train, motivating and managing staff, assisting in issuing parts and accessories to technicians, assisting in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles maintaining stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay possess a clean and organized department: The ability to lead a team.

Automotive Dealership Parts Manager Experience is preferred CDK and Ford experience a plus! Excellent customer service and communication skills, Good organizational and work ethic ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
