**Job Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a Restaurant Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. **Duties:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures - Utilize POS systems effectively to input orders and process payments - Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly **Requirements:** - Experience in the food industry is preferred - Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register - Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Familiarity with retail math concepts for basic transactions - Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures and protocols Join our team as Restaurant Staff and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions make a difference in our customers' dining experience.
