Talent Management at Humanim is a well-rounded HR Generalist. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the position supports the organization as a member of the Human Resource team by performing a broad range of HR functional duties. The HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for day-to-day activities in the areas of employee/ manager relations, performance management, progressive discipline, and HR compliance including, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC, and must be well-versed in the investigatory process. Responsibilities shall be carried out paying particular attention to fostering positive partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the organizational objectives and move them forward. The incumbent will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization’s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition in the talent arena while practicing high levels of confidentiality and discretion deploying sound judgment with all sensitive matters.
