Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working in sales with documented success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partnering business segments
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Must be comfortable with daily travel in the Lexington area and occasional travel to Morgantown, WV (every 6-8 weeks).
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pharmacy reporting or the Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in a healthcare setting and/or managed care environment
• Self-motivation
• Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent Experience
• Exposure to pharmaceutical contracting language
• Specialty Pharmacy or Managed Care experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish--ability to read, write and speak both languages fluently

Home Office Requirements and Information:

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$82,600 - $113,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
