We are currently hiring for an additional full time Client Services Representative / Receptionist position. Applicants must be outgoing, friendly and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and provide the appropriate information.
- Utilize computer skills to input and update client information accurately, which includes checking clients/patients in and out.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support office management by assisting with tasks related to office maintenance and organization.
- Utilize veterinary training provided on site to provide specialized support to clients with pets.
- Show Proficiency with our veterinary software and on-line pharmacy after training is completed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Previous business office or veterinary office experience is required. Retail only experience will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
