Responsibilities - Sales Associate:
- Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game to work every day!
- Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
- Greet customers and help them select a vehicle in inventory. Great listening skills are key!
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing and complete paperwork
- Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Meet sales quota
Qualifications - Sales Associate:
- A goal-oriented self-starter with excellent sales, communication, customer service, and social media skills.
- Energetic with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Team participant
- Valid in-state driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Resume must be uploaded and assessment completed for immediate consideration
