Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Interaction:
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and through various communication channels.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Photography and Social Media Management:
• Capture high-quality photos of products, ensuring accurate representation and appealing presentation.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase products and promotions.
• Schedule and post content regularly, utilizing relevant hashtags and captions to maximize reach and engagement.
• Knowledge of Car Parts:
• Possess comprehensive knowledge about car parts, including hoods, bumpers, headlights, and various makes and models.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and social media metrics.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers both online and in-store.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in photography, with the ability to capture high-quality images using a smartphone or camera.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a creative eye for crafting engaging content.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
