Job Title: Warehouse Sales Associate

Job Purpose: In this role you will answer inbound calls and emails from manufacturers, customers, and Account Managers to provide pricing, specifications, and availability of the assigned products and process customer orders. Able to shift focus from assisting customers to performing a variety of warehouse tasks. This is a non-exempt position and he/she will report to the Director of Inside Sales located at our headquarters in Carrollton, TX.

Job Duties/Responsibility:

• Look for opportunities to maximize Will Call sales through customer interaction and product promotion
• Become knowledgeable on various product lines including, backflow, Drain Waste and Vent (DWV)
• Learn and navigate through different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities 
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, customers, and Account Managers.
• Assist in annex warehouse as needed;

Pick, prepare, stage and track customers’ orders

Perform housekeeping tasks
