Same Day Restoration is hiring a Regional Reconstruction Manager as a full-time position in either San Diego, California or Orange County, CA. The Regional Reconstruction Manager will oversee projects through their life cycle for our Reconstruction department. We will provide all the tools needed for this individual to succeed.

- Have a broad knowledge of construction, with a background as a facility manager, property manager, or restoration manager which will have given you experience in managing projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Your organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none, allowing you to keep track of all aspects of the building process and ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- As an expert in Facility Management, Property Management, or Restoration, you have a proven track record of driving results and achieving successful outcomes.
- Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship, coaching, and team development, and you are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to your team members.
- As Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of multiple jobs at various phases, from start to completion.
- This position is responsible for directing various field personnel during the reconstruction phase of jobs.
- Oversee the company’s processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs.
- Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
- Perform reconstruction work as needed.
- Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following Same Day Restoration’s guidelines
- Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.
- Train, manage, and recruit reconstruction personnel.
- 2 -4 years’ experience in emergency restoration and/or construction is a plus.
- 2 years Xactimate estimating experience is a must.
- Must have an understanding of insurance claims process
- Previous experience in the restoration industry to include water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management will be essential.
