Working as a Regional Sales Manager with the StrategicSolutions team you’llbe responsible for leading a team of Account Sales Managers selling AT&T’s innovative communication and entertainment products with a focus on AT&T Internet, TV, and Wireless (Cellular). Our Regional Sales Managersare responsible for leadership, profitability,growth and direction of all sales activities in the region.
Managing relationships is key to the success of the organization. Your proven experience in relationship management and demonstrated history of success in developing key accounts will make this an ideal job opportunity.
As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
Initiate, build and maintain strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers and leadership
Build and lead an assigned sales team; maintain a pipeline of potential team members
Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships and motivating the sales team
Coach, develop and drive team members to achieve individual and company objectives
Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor and develop your sales team
Be the lead point of contact for AT&T Account Managers and Area Managers
Network to uncover additional sales opportunities and channels
Hold outside events at properties to promote AT&T products to new and existing residents
Assist clients with new orders as well as provide support for existing clients
Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client satisfaction
Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge include:
Three years management experience
Sales background in television, wireless or other telecommunications products
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work at multiple locations within a region
