Lympha Press is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our office in Chadds Ford, PA! 
LymphaPress, an industry-leading and award-winning organization specializing in home compression therapy products, has an excellent opportunity to join our Operations team as Customer Service Representative focused on the administrative aspects and customer service experience for our patients. This role will be responsible for the following:

    • Answer incoming telephone calls and addresses patient needs, i.e.
      • Update status in patient case
      • Complete Intake
      • Troubleshoot basic product issues
    • Process mail both inbound and outbound including
      • Staff requests
      • Mail claim documentation
    • Maintains inventory of office supplies.
    • Support all company-wide culture events.
    • Other functions as assigned
    • Participate in traditional and e-learning programs.
    • Work effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments

Professional and Educational Requirements:

  • GED or High School Diploma required
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Successfully organizes and priorities duties based on the needs of the business
  • Fosters a team environment with each interaction with peers and colleagues within other departments
  • Problem-solving abilities and solution focused
