Hudson Valley Endoscopy Center is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Putnam, NY

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. This is a full-time position based in .

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Set up and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions

- Assist with the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and network security

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure

- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality

- Conduct software installations, updates, and patches

- Assist with inventory management of IT equipment

- Document technical procedures and guidelines

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)

- Experience with Active Directory administration

- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols

- Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and perform software installations

- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques

- Familiarity with Meraki networking equipment is a plus
