- Level 1 user support for proprietary in-house CAD and CRM applications
- Create, document, and maintain business continuity practices using IT ticketing system
- This position will require 20%-30% travel to our other locations.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP
- Mobile device expertise – iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products: O365, SharePoint
- Knowledge of LAN, internet, and computer security
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Clean, professional, and friendly personality
- Organized self-starter who can handle multiple competing priorities without a lot of supervision.
- Experienced phone manners and patience
