- Provide helpdesk support to a technical and non-technical staff in a Windows/Mac environment
- Management of desktop systems and applications (MS Office / Firefox, etc.)
- Setting up and configuring new desktops and users (Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to assist with desktop moves and re-cabling)
- Troubleshoot network issues, desktop application issues, security issues (Anti-virus, malware, etc.)
- Available off hours to monitor and respond to support calls and alerts
- Printer management; presentation devices
- Provide remote support to global users
- Manage and support mobile devices
- Maintain a knowledge base, documentation, and administration procedures
- 5-10 years of experience with IT support in a corporate office environment
- Must have knowledge of telecommunication technologies (data and voice circuits, Avaya IP Phones, mobile devices)
- Background working with networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory)
- Experience with desktop security (spyware/malware/spam filtering)
- Experience with data recovery tools
- Experience with cloud (MS Azure)
- Ability to work with Security Engineers
