The Full-Time Sales Associate role is a full-time position, where you will receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from senior leadership. As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will be the backbone of our sales team, directly engaging with our clientele. You will act as the initial point of contact answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance tailored to customer wants and needs.

Full-Time Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Provides responsive support to clients engaging in a one-on-one conversation
• Assist new sales staff in basic operations and procedures
• Maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
• Ensure compliance with procedures and company standards keeping up to date with changes in the sales process, pricing, and products
• Manage customer inquiries utilizing persuasive sales techniques to set sales targets and goals
• Attend sales strategy meetings offering suggestions based on customer feedback and territory data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
