Hudson Allergy provides patients with world-class, expert medical care in a comfortable and inviting environment in Manhattan. We treat a variety of allergy and immunology diseases. We have three convenient locations: Tribeca, Flatiron, and Grand Central.

We are seeking to hire a full-time Charge Nurse to join our fast growing practice.

Full-time schedule is 5 days a week Monday-Friday, weekdays only, day shifts.

We provide a full range of state of the art allergy and asthma services including, allergen skin testing, contact allergen patch testing, allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots), desensitization, medication allergy testing, food allergy testing, and food challenges.

Responsibilities
Leadership:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the nursing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care.

Clinical Oversight:
Oversee daily operations and manage clinical process and standard for clinics
Maintain a high standard of clinical care by conducting regular assessments, and ensuring all medical procedures are performed accurately and safely.

Staff Development:
Mentor, Train and guide on the latest nursing protocols, patient management practices, and skills.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Monitor patient feedback and use it to improve our service quality.

Requirements include:

• Ability to work well in a team
• Able to work well in stressful situations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexible schedule
• One year of nursing experience
• RN license NY State
