The Director of Surgical Services is a registered professional nurse who assumes a 24-hour accountability and responsibility for overall Surgical Services operations. Responsible for selection of staff and implementation of the service structure, as well as, maintaining the patient centered culture of the hospital.

Qualifications:
- ASN required, BSN preferred
- 5 years' experience in related clinical practice required, 2 years in clinical leadership role preferred
- Current RN license in the state of Iowa.
- CNOR certification preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS

Salary: $95,000 - $136,000 per year
