Reviews clinical documentation and diagnostic results and applies appropriate ICD-10-CM, and CPT-4 codes.
* Approved to work remotely in the following states: CA, TX, NC, TN, WI, IO and UT. If residing in CA, cannot work from Berkeley, Emeryville, LA city, San Francisco city, San Diego city, Oakland, or Santa Monica per HR policy. *
Schedule: Mon-Fri first shift (40 hours per week)
Qualifications:
- Five years of progressive inpatient coding experience in an acute care facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a certified coding program or graduate of a CAHIM-accredited HIT program required.
- CCS Credential.
Pay Rate: $47/HR
