Responsibilities:
Plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within the facility.
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews.
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and functionality.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide psychological counseling and crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field from an accredited university.
At least 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
Required certifications/licensing: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Compensation:
$58
