Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders and providing timely and accurate communication with customers and HUB team members. The Customer Support Specialist will also perform a backup role for the Account Specialist during their absence. This rolewill be a trackinto a sales role within the company. This will be a fast progression into a sales role at Hub Labels.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have the ability to write effective communications such as memos, e-mails, and reports using standard computer software, Microsoft Office
Effective communication with internal customers and other departments is critical
Must be self-motivated, organized, and display strong attention to detail
Must be able to work under pressure and meet job related deadlines
Be able to produce a high level and quality of work with little supervision
Must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively daily.
Must have the ability to operate customary office equipment (computer, printer, copier, fax machine)
Mathematical and analytical skills are required
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication or combination of education and experience
Previous Customer Service is required
Previous experience working in the printing industry is desired
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
While performing this job the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.
Occasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to 20 pounds is required.
Occasional day trips to customer’s sites or to training locations may be required.
A significant amount of time is spent seated, working with a computer, fax, copier, and telephone.
The work environment is that of a normal office. Occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, moderate to extreme exposure to heat or cold, as well as exposure to moving equipment and other hazards.
