Renewal Team Member:

The Renewal Team member will plan, coordinate the implementation of the company’s renewal items as they are presented. This position will be responsible for remarketing policy increases, active book remarkets and ensuring high renewal retention numbers. These items are time sensitive and need to be addressed quickly. This position will report to the renewal team lead.

Job Description and tasks include but are not limited to :

• Assist with books rolls or projects pertaining to retention.

• Shop policies when renewal premium increase is over a certain percentage. Call and have discussions with customers in these situations.

• Shop policies when customers call in and request to have the policy shopped.

• Assist with managing the retention email box.

Requirements

The formal education and experience for a Renewal Team Member can vary. However, the following are commonly required for this position:

• Proven prior experience with business operations, sales, customer service and/or project management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry

• Excellent time management skills

• Demonstrated strong decision-making ability

• Ability to plan, organize and implement retention work

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Collaborative and adaptive style

• Ability to multi-task effectively and handle a fast paced business environment

• Property and Casualty insurance license

Position Location:

This role can be remote or hybrid depending on candidate's distance from the office.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
