Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compiling a database/excel list of the excessive fee cases filed against Plan Sponsors, including tracking lawsuits and settlements.

• Analyzing settlements in prior excessive fee litigation cases and summarizing information to determine outcomes and trends

• Prepare summary reports as needed with complaints filed, motion to dismiss options, motions for summary judgment opinions and class certifications and settlements.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: Some college (no degree)
