HUB International is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Blue Bell, PA

We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Wealth & Retirement team in Pennsylvania.This position will work with the sales staff and Retirement Plan Advisors and assist with tasks associated with onboarding new clients and accounts.

Specific responsibilities include:

·Assisting with proposal materials, presentations, and scheduling of meetings with prospective clients.

·Tracking the onboarding tasks for new clients until the hand-off to client servicing.

·Preparing and ensuring all new client paperwork is complete and accurate.

·Participating in regular meetings during the onboarding process to track action items.

  • Updating client databases.

·Assisting with and tracking the transition of Plan Recordkeeper as well as creating Plan Blackout and/or Fund Change notices, when applicable.

·Other projects/duties as assigned.

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 3 years of Retirement Plan experience

  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

  • Experience with an agency management system.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Retirement Plan related licensing a plus

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
