THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with company sales representatives, service centers, underwriting, and claim representatives.

• Coordinate the servicing of assigned accounts with the Account Manager.

• Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems.

• Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.

• Gather underwriting, pricing, and supporting data for preparation of submission.

• Check policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy. Prepare policies delivery to clients

• Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

• Have at least 3 years of related employee benefits experience within a brokerage environment

• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

• Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

• Are well-organized with excellent verbal and communication skills
