Customer Service & Sales Representative Position Available

HTX Strategies is seeking Bilingual entry-level Customer-Oriented Service & Sales Representatives who are able to respond to inquiries to clients, provide superb customer service and provide additional assistance. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Ability to navigate through applications including salesforce and other software's
• Ability to work and respond to customer issues/complaints
• Provide assistance to new customers
• Up-sell to existing eligible customers
• Selling to existing and new customers
• Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion
• Track customer calls and client meetings for reporting purposes
• Memorizing training script and maintain client product knowledge
• Be open to receptive feedback and must be willing to change and improve behavior
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Adhere to compliance regulations

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred not required.
• Must be extremely willing to learn to manage a team.
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least one year demonstrating superb call center or retail customer service experience.
• Must be a very positive individual.
• Excellent teamwork skills- must be willing to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
