**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Environmental Services team members are responsible for keeping office buildings, apartment complexes, commercial or institutional buildings, restrooms, private and common areas, and outdoor program areas in clear and orderly condition

- Washing, drying, and folding laundry and stocking supplies in the restrooms and laundry rooms.

- Clean rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, apartments, cottages and other areas.

- Remove soiled linens daily from client apartments and return clean linens.

- General cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of commercial buildings, common and dining areas, etc.

- Clean rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.

- General cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of commercial buildings, common and dining areas, etc.

- Sweep, scrub, strip, wax, and polish hard floor surfaces.

- Clean rugs, carpet, upholstered furniture and drapes.

- Dust furniture and equipment, and polish metalwork.

- Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.

- Wash, dry, and fold rags and mop heads.

- Empty trash receptacles, including all wastebaskets and ash containers; empty and clean ashtrays. Transport trash to disposal areas.

- Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping cart, replenish bathroom supplies, and assigned equipment.

- Clean and polish lighting fixtures. Replace light bulbs as appropriate.

**GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
