About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Operations and Sales Enablement to join their highly collaborative, remote-first team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to create transformative change in healthcare by maximizing revenue generation, optimizing business performance, and leading strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, setting the direction for commercial operations, and ensuring the commercial team consistently meets budget, quota, and forecast targets. This includes leading a commercial operations team, partnering with business leaders for sales planning and execution, shaping sales strategy, and building and maintaining sales processes. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong analytical approach to the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and maintain sustainable processes.Applicants for the Head of Commercial Operations and Sales Enablement role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial operations, consulting, or managing sales teams.
