Responsibilities

A Clinical Director oversees clinical operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance in healthcare organizations. They ensure high-quality patient care, develop policies, and maintain accurate records. Their leadership drives improvement and supports the organization's success.

Perform quality assurance and lead improvement initiatives within the department. Serve as chair or co-chair of the Emergency Services Committee or its equivalent. Provide input into the operating and capital budgets of the department. Monitor patient experience and patient flow.

Minimum QualificationsClinical Director Emergency Room - BSN Required

REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership

MUST HAVE REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: I cannot submit if a candidate does not have these certifications.
TX RN License or Multistate
(AHA only); PALS, ACLS, BLS
TNCC
NIHSS

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $69.67 per hour
