HRC Fertility is looking for an experienced medical assistant to join our team of professionals in our Pasadena office. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant with both front and back office experience. Fertility or OB/GYN experience a plus.
The position is full time Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities :

• MUST BE Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English both written and spoken
• Supporting the clinical and IVF coordinators with patient clearances, triaging emails, following up on labs and outside monitoring patients
• Filing and Chart Preparation
• MUST be computer literate.
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English both written and spoken
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 yr. experience Infertility experience preferred
• Proficient with the computer Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
