The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for quoting and closing sales. The ideal candidate will provide the highest level of customer service for the development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 1PM to 4PM

This position will be mostly remote but may need to meet at the Marietta office on occasion.

What you will be doing:

• ·Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Complete business development calls
• Document industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Contact and qualify new inbound leads and manage lead referrals and sales activities.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Daily Huddle with owners to review top issues and opportunities.
• Provides quotes, purchase orders, and estimates for replacement parts by email.
• Manage Marketing activities including social media and emails.
• Contact existing customers to promote accessory and complementary products to Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems.
• Communicate product specifications.
• Helps customers determine the best solution for their needs.
• Responds to requests from customers for information.
• Provides information on product availability and pricing
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry.
• Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
• Works on related projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field preferred.
• Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
• Inside sales experience required
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office product suite.
