HR-Rethought is a small HR consulting company based in south Overland Park, KS with clients all over the KC metro area. We partner with small to midsize businesses and function as their HR and Recruiting team – just outsourced. Our clients cross all industries - from manufacturing to engineering to retail services.
We are growing and are looking to add an HR Director to our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and extremely organized.

As an HR Director for HR-Rethought your role is to support our clients in anything and everything HR. Most of our clients have no idea what they need and that's where we come in!
A well-rounded HR background is key! As an HR Director, you will be touching ALL aspects of human resources. Expect anything and everything HR related. Every client is different, and every project is different.
Human Resources responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
HR Generalist
· HR processes and procedures
· Employee relations
· Updating/Creating employee handbooks
· Improving/creating onboarding and offboarding processes
· Broker selection
· Performance management, review program implementation, internal 360 surveys, etc.
· Coordinate annual benefit enrollment
· Manage wellness programs
· And more!

This position will require building client relationships and occasional on-site time.
