A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CRISIS CARE MANAGER

In this rewarding role, you lead a team dedicated to supporting individuals and families in crisis. Your morning begins with a team huddle and you set priorities and share insights. Throughout the day, you collaborate with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless crisis intervention services. Your role goes beyond paperwork - you shape the program's direction, ensuring compliance with state and Medicaid requirements. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited program or related human service field
• Current IL license of Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Experience in crisis intervention, preferably in mobile crisis response
• Supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
