Health/Dental/Vision/Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement401K plansPTO and Paid HolidaysAnd more! What you’ll do:Provide strategic leadership in defining and implementing the organization's enterprise architecture adhering to the Digital Transformation program.Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and supports the long-term vision. Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business goals, identify business opportunities, and translate them into technology strategies and solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and shape the organization's technology roadmap. Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.Implement governance processes to review and approve technology solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural principles. Work closely with stakeholders, including sustainability officers and business leaders, to understand and address sustainability requirements.Understand how global/regional industry standards and regulations affect the organization, ensure adherence of architectural implementations to these standards, and be involved in regular compliance checks and reporting on sustainability metrics. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.8 years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture.Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level systems and solutions.Proven experience in enterprise-level architecture projects and data solutions or architecture projects.Proven experience architecting cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.Experience in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and in Data modeling, Database design.Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman are highly desirable.Design and build of J2EE and .NET architectures.Experience defining and enabling Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) required.Experience with Middleware and Master Data Management solutions.Experience and proven understanding of relational DBMS and SQL.Experience in implementing and using an EA Tool such as LeanIX, Abacus, BizzDesign, or other.Strong experience in the design and deployment of an ERP solution in the Manufacturing space or Finance space.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within an IT or architecture team is a plus.
