Howard Johnson is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Billings, MT

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and guests - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed - Support other administrative staff with various tasks Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is preferred - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including medical insurance and paid time off.
