We are looking for a maintenance manager approx. 31 keys franchise motel in Roseburg, OR, who can also help out as front desk clerk, to service our property and also manage guest services.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but not limited to as follows.

• Maintenance and general upkeep of the property
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Light housekeeping
• Other general duties of front desk, as defined by the corporate from time to time

Requirements and Skills

• Work experience in property maintenance or construction work
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role would be plus.
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer/data entry and cash handling skills
• High Scholl Diploma or GED
• 2 verifiable work references

· Must have a valid driver's license.

· Must be able to lift 40 pounds

· Able to pass background and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
