Exciting Nanny Opportunity with a Warm and Dynamic Family!
Compensation: $25-30/hour (Flexible for the right candidate)
Work Hours: 8:30-5:30 4 days on, 3 off (36 hours/week)

We are a private family seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to join our household and care for our delightful 6-year-old son and soon-to-arrive infant daughter starting May 1st. With both parents working, we are looking for a dedicated individual who can seamlessly blend into our family dynamic.

Daily tasks involve providing exceptional care for our infant, including feeding, playtime, and napping, along with light housekeeping duties such as organizing toys and managing baby laundry. Our fully potty-trained and communicative 6-year-old needs supervision during self-play and arts and crafts activities. For those with an adventurous spirit, we embark on summer work-related travels to Wyoming, and we'd love a nanny who can be a valuable part of our journey. We offer comfortable living accommodations within our home, including an en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, and a separate exit. 

The ideal candidate for our family is someone who is kind, patient, detail-oriented, focused, semi-conservative, proactive, respectful, possesses good communication skills, and is grounded. Flexibility is key, especially during summer travels, and we appreciate someone who can adapt seamlessly to varying situations. With a grandparent sometimes present in the home, we've established clear boundaries to stick to.

Position Responsibilities

  • Childcare: 2 Children, Ages newborn and 6
  • Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required,
  • Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Childrens Meals Only,
  • Laundry: Baby Laundry Only,
  • Travel: Domestic Travel Required

Position Requirements

  • Work Hours: 8:30-5:30 4 days on, 3 off
  • Languages: English
  • Experience: 3 Years of Experience, including newborn experience 
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Kind, patient, flexible, detail-oriented, focused, semi-conservative, proactive, respectful, possesses good communication skills, and is grounded. 

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $25-30 (flexible for right candidate)
  • Living Accommodations: Live out in NC, Live in in Wyoming
  • Vacation: 2 weeks PTO, 3-5 sick days, major holidays (DOE)
