Single woman in Tribeca, NY who is recovering from surgery is seeking an easy going live-in Housekeeper/Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support during the initial two weeks, living in Monday through Saturday, followed by three months of Monday to Friday live-in assistance. After this period, the arrangement will transition to live-out Monday to Friday. During June and July, the housekeeper/cook will be required to accompany the employer to the Hamptons, alternating between the Hamptons and the primary residence.

Responsibilities:

1. Live-In Assistance: Provide live-in support during the initial two weeks (Monday-Saturday), followed by three months of live-in assistance (Monday-Friday), and subsequently transitioning to live-out assistance (Monday-Friday).

2. Cleaning and Organizing: Perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence, and ensure a comfortable living environment.

3. Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and cook all meals, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. 

4. Errands and Returns: Run errands as needed, including grocery shopping and handling returns or exchanges.

5. General Assistance: Provide assistance as required.

6. Travel: Accompany the employer to the Hamptons during June and July, with the ability to go back and forth between the primary residence and the Hamptons.

7. Easy Going and Helpful Personality: Maintain a positive and easy-going attitude, and be responsive to the needs and preferences of the employer.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a live-in housekeeper/cook with excellent references.
2. Must be comfortable with 2 dogs but not responsible for their care. 
3. Ability to live in for the specified periods and transition to live-out as outlined in the job description.
4. Experience with meal planning and cooking.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a household.
6. Reliable transportation for running errands and occasional travel.
7. Ability to respect and maintain the employer's privacy and confidentiality.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to the employer's preferences.
