Household Staffing is Hiring a Family Assistant Near Washington, DC
Seeking a Family Assistant to support a private household in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, driving the children to activities, running errands, and pet care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and can handle a busy household. Experience with children, and pets, and maintaining confidentiality is required. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, competitive pay, health insurance, and 2 weeks of vacation.
Summer hours are 9 am to 5 pm
During the school year 11 am to 7 pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Family Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organization and reliability
- Proficient in meal planning and cooking
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Open to possible overtime and COVID vaccination
Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 a year (negotiable)
- Accommodation: Live-out
- Benefits: Health insurance
- Vacation: 2 weeks
