Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Houston Tx

Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sellers in the real estate market.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Stay updated on market changes and industry best practices.
- In person appointments as well as phone appts.
- Complete daily tasks and confirm all leads are on proper follow up campaign
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
Requirements: Schedule: Subject to Change
- Set schedule-Be on time! 4 Hrs CRM
- 3 hrs talk time per day 2 Hrs Dialer
- 3-5 Written offers sent per day 30 Mins Lunch
- 1.5 Hrs Offers/Hot Leads
***Commission Based Job Only with ¼ bonus
***Must have sales experience with proof***
*** 30 Day in office trial period mandatory***
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $44,674.88 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77074: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
