House of Raeford Farms is Hiring an Office clerk Near Lavonia, GA

Job Description

Primary function : Primarily responsible for providing general clerical and accounting support for production operations at the Feed Mill.

  • Communicate with accounting personnel to verify and balance inventories
  • File, make copies, track hourly employee absences as stated in the Company Attendance Policy and provide information to HR / Safety Manager
  • Complete payroll worksheets
  • Order and track all incoming ingredients to meet production needs
  • Maintain organized files for all documentation required by government and company
  • Enter and verify incoming packages against packing slips utilizing Office D365
  • Maintain ingredient and non-ingredient SDS sheets / books
  • Comply with all company policies, FSMA regulations, Local, State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Perform rail car tracking / placement / releasing via CSX website
  • Organize and ship samples to company lab

Requirements

Minimum 1 year clerical experience preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficient computer and math skills and strong organization skills.

Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Good attendance. Ability to work well with others. Must be able to sit for long periods of time utilizing office equipment and computers
