The Role:

In the role of a Customer Sales Assistant, your primary duty will be to curate an exceptional experience for every customer. Your responsibilities include orchestrating engaging experiences, facilitating product discovery, resolving customer queries, and overseeing seamless transactions at promotional sales events in local stores. This multifaceted position entails fostering meaningful interactions, driving sales initiatives, and executing operational procedures to uphold the operational efficiency of the establishment.

Customer Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Take sales inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, our campaigns are designed to meet our client's customers in places where they live, work or shop.
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization.
• Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Objectives of the Customer Sales Assistant Role

• Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell.
