PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Housby is looking for a self-driven, motivated, and high performing individual to oversee our Mobile Rebranding team. Mobile Rebranding is Housby's mobile paint booth that can be set up at facilities across the Country to assist customers in their need for rebranding units. The rebranding process includes removing existing decals, power washing, painting, and completing new decal installation.

This position will play a key role in the development of this program and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Mobile Rebranding for Housby, while promoting growth of the program through training and process development. This position will be required to travel to job site locations on a consistent basis.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Work directly with team to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Manage departmental expenses.
• Help recruit, hire, and train new employees for rebranding.
• Consistently review the rebranding process and focus on areas of improvement in order to increase production and efficiency, while trying to eliminate waste and lower cost.
• Work with Housby's internal support team on the scheduling of incoming rebranding units.
• Oversee and schedule all travel related needs and accommodations for the mobile rebranding team.
• Communicate with internal support members regarding onsite customers and communicate estimated completion dates to customers in a timely fashion.
• Prepare and present data pertaining to the rebranding program to upper management and customers when requested.
• Complete one unit on average per day, and continuously establish goals and evaluate metrics in order to enhance the overall process.
• Answer all customer questions related to mobile rebranding.
• Be an onsite ambassador for Housby's menu of products and services.
• Identify new opportunities that will complement rebranding, and then present new opportunities to management.
• Oversee each project from start to finish, and travel to each location when and as needed.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and safety policies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
• Class A or B CDL preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to working with employees, as well as other department, for overall success of the company.
• Must have and follow Housby's Core Values.
• The ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

PHSYICAL DEMANDS:

• Requires the use of both hands.
• Alpha/Numeric Keyboarding
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to view a computer monitor.
• May require standing, climbing, stooping, squatting, walking, and reaching for extended periods of times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The work environment for this position varies due to the differences in the work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
• Potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning material or other toxic materials commonly found in motor vehicle service departments, some of which may be considered health hazards.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
• May work indoors and out. Exposed to some outside weather.
