HOTWORX Bandera/1604 - Fitness Membership Sales Assistant Manager.
HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offers the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more Workout in Less Time!

Job Requirements:
- Strong sales experience - meeting and exceeding membership sales quotas.
- Strong customer service experience - communicate effectively and support members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment.
- Takes initiative - assists the General Manager to find opportunities for growth & retention.
- Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls.
- High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow.
- Comfortable with social media marketing, community outreach to promote the brand, and networking to build a customer base.
- Must show up daily, timely, and with a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work anytime between 11-8 Monday - Thursday, 9-6 Friday & 11-4 Saturday.
- Health & fitness-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience working in a gym - Preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email and phone.
- Complete daily studio cleaning activities.

- Total Compensation Plan range: includes $13 hourly pay monthly personal commission monthly bonus potential.
- Hours of flexibility within the range: Mon - Thurs 11am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Saturday 11 - 4pm
