As a Front Desk Water Care Expert, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing expert advice on water care for hot tubs and pools. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service.

In this role, your primary focus will be on water care. You will be responsible for testing water samples, analyzing results, and recommending treatment solutions to keep hot tubs and pools clean and safe for use. You will also be responsible for educating customers on proper water maintenance techniques and providing ongoing support to help them achieve optimal water quality.

Additionally, you will assist with general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing the showroom, restocking inventory, and assisting with special events and promotions. You will work closely with the sales team, service technicians, and other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous experience in customer service, water care, or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
