Requirements

• As a Banquet Manager, you must manage all aspects of our Banquet functions including administrative duties, preplanning, and the supervision of staff.
• You are responsible for banquet check preparation, BEOs, and labor forecasts.
• You are responsible for coordinating the successful timing of events according to our guests' needs.
• You must ensure the Banquets team maximizes the guest experience by achieving all service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing departmental objectives.
