Position: Front Office Manager
Purpose: The Front Office Manager ensures that all front office operations are executed in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction and exceptional financial returns.
Location: HOTEL MTK, Mt. Kisco, NY

Position Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of supervision of the Front Office and night audit staff. He/she is also responsible for all aspects of Front Office Operations including guest service, reservations, and night audit. The Front Office Manager manages room inventory, facilitates effective communication both intra and inter departmentally, ensures compliance with brand standards as they pertain to the front office, establishes, and ensures compliance with front office procedures. The Front Office Manager is responsible for upholding the company’s Core Values.

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department
- Manage and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front office area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front office operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software related to hotel operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
