Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address any housekeeping-related issues or requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor budgetary expenses related to housekeeping operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
